Starting his career as a professional model, Niloy gained significant recognition through his work in commercials for major brands such as Keya White Plus Detergent Powder, Banglalink, Ice Cool Soap, and Singer. He later transitioned into acting, debuting in the 2011 film Baily Road, followed by Olpo Olpo Premer Golpo and Rupgawal.

Over the years, Niloy has shifted his focus to television dramas and TV films, earning widespread acclaim for his versatility and dedication.
